This program is for Movement PNW members who want nutrition structure that supports training performance and body composition, designed to give you a clear starting structure and fit your lifestyle. What’s included in the initial setup ($160): Nutrition intake review + goal setting Customized nutrition plan made for you (macro targets and/or meal plan framework based on preference) Grocery/meal structure guidance and practical tips for consistency Meal timing guidance to support training, energy, and hunger management Supplement & habit review Your first check-in included (2 weeks from start date) This is a one-time plan for clients who want a starting point and can self-manage. Want ongoing support and adjustments as part of your plan? See "Nutrition Coaching " in packages Important note: This is nutrition coaching and education (not medical nutrition therapy). This monthly subscription includes your initial nutrition plan set up and two check-ins per month to review progress and make adjustments(available via zoom or in person). This is for Movement PNW members who want adjustments and accountability to ensure success and efficiency. Ongoing support ($120/month, 2 month min. commitment): Free Initial Nutrition plan set up 2 check-ins per month (every 2 weeks) Accountability + troubleshooting to keep progress moving Adjustments to calories/macros/meal structure based on progress and preferences Troubleshooting hunger, energy, digestion, eating out, travel, and routine consistency Supplement and cardio adjustment or implementation recommendations Text support between check-ins for questions and guidance Note: This is nutrition coaching and education—not medical nutrition therapy. If you have medical conditions or complex dietary needs, I may request medical clearance or recommend coordinating with your healthcare provider.
